I'm having trouble with a third party plugin when using your plugins! Print

Unfortunately we have no control over how third party plugins are developed, we are also unable to install every third party plugin and test it ourselves. 

If you are having an issue with a plugin conflict, please make sure you are able to set us up a development site, or give us access to your live site - all admin logins as well as FTP access and potentially database access.

We will then be able to assess the problem and if it is something we can resolve on our end we will endeavour to do so, if the problem requires significant changes we will quote you on the time required to adjust the code. 

Please make sure you have used our free trials where possible to avoid payment issues as we do not offer refunds on trial products.
