Use your hostname and not your IP address

Please use your hosting account domain name for FTP, cPanel, POP3, IMAP, SMTP and any other access settings you have for your hosting account.
Be advised that since the move from Zingiri, ALL accounts will be allocated new IP addresses.
If you need to know your IP, you may view which IP you are assigned by performing an "nslookup" on your domain, alternatively you can log in to cPanel and view your shared/dedicated IP when logged in.
