This error typically occurs when you used FTP to transfer to software to your software but used the wrong settings. There are 2 ways of doing this, the first one being the recommended one.

1) FTP the zip file to your server and unzip it on your server. If you're unsure about where to put the zip file, create a temporary directory on your server, unzip the file in there and move the files to their indicated places.

2) Unzip the zip file locally and FTP the files in binary mode to your server.
